Things I learn

Posted on March 8, 2018 at 10:40 PM

I learned the difference between feelings and emotions. Emotions are a state of mind and feelings are how you handle them. Ok I placed on this website more about the 6 human needs. Check them out. We as parents, fathers and mothers need to learn how to feel, deal, and heal in the situations that arise in our lives. I deal with my issues on a spiritual level in God then practice the wisdom given me by God. Thats what I do. Find a way for you but you must find a way that works for you, your life and families live's depends on it. My emotions about someone or thing come from my inner beliefs, learned usually from my enviroment. My perceptions dictate my response or behavior. If my enviroment dictates a lack of fatherhood committment then I wont believe that my fatherhood is important. www.fathersinaction.org,  [email protected]
