For the better

I look in the mirror and see if i'm getting better not to see if I'm still the same. So many people watch what I do because thats what people do thats how we learn by watching others. Please dont think you just started that behavior on you own, it was learned by choice or forced due to enviromental pressures. Okay its obvious now its not good. Keep it simple, own it, get honest and get help to change it. Dont pass it on to your children. www.fathersinaction.org
