I remeber thats why I help.
So many people just walk around thinking it's all about me, and I can't help somebody else if i'm not doing great, by then they don't want too. They forget real easy how they got help from someone along the way. I remember what it felt like when I didn't have a means of income or when I could not feed my children properly or myself. I don't forget when I struggled with issues I would not wish on my enemies, but people were used by God, someone was used by God, a person was used by God to help me to get up on my feet and stand up for myself and family. Sometimes my pride and shame kept me for asking or accepting help but God sent someone, somebody who had already been in my bad before to help me. You see even when we are not feeling our best or are doing a little better we can still be a ray of hope, some love, faith, food, clothing, smile, kind words, just out right love to help someone else. If you have been there and done that reach out to that person who is still there. I do all I can even when they feel pride or shame I let them know I was there and someone helped me by the grace of God because people don't just do that they are touched by God to touch us.
