Picking up the pieces
Relationships are what family is all about. Some of the best times in our live's happen in or around our families. We should cherish our family ties and nurture our family relationships. Sometimes a family member might fall short or we might make some bad decisions and cause a fracture or bad break in our family. These things can happen to any family member, father, mother and children. We can all really mess up and don't know how to fix it. Other family members should learn how to forgive and help the person who is having a difficult time in life. This means maybe putting aside differences, bad feelings and forgiving when it's really really hard too. It's call picking up the pieces, making amends, letting go of the past and being family. If you or a family member have found yourself in a bad place with your family, take the time to make the amends needed. The pain it could cause you now will be less than the pain of carrying the issue around for years. Not just for you but for your family too. Don't leave your family broken, Â pick up the pieces. God bless Amen.
