Proof is in the pudding.

A old saying proof is in the pudding, means it is what it is, meaning if it happened to them it can happen to you, 1Cor 15:33 speaks about hanging with bad company,  and Romans 12:2 says not to be like or think like the world. Let your children know about the mistakes and bad decsions and the growth and responsibilitty and hard work it took to get your life back in Gods hands, so they won't make the same mistakes. Let them see and hear your scars, pain, joy and relief save them from the world and themselves. Hallelujah God bless
