The practice of self control.

The spirit of God lives in us and causes things to work for the best for us, or our good. When we listen and obey God's spirit ( Holy Spirit ) we don't just have good things happen,  we learn what we are to do in every situation good or bad, We learn how to carry ourselve as children of God. When we teach our children by example they grow faster when they see that we answer to a higher authority, God's Holy Spirit. We must practice what we preach or stop preaching. Hallelujah Praise God.
