There is strength in numbers.
We spent a day brainstorming and developing ideas for fathers in action. We talked about how so many men just think that this fatherhood thing is only there when they feel like it. What about the children they live through this every single day. We talked about ways to show the community and the fathers how important it is to raise your children right. Well feed, well dressed, well educated, well recognized, most of all well loved. These are the things we discussed as fathers to engage fathers. We don't think that all fathers don't care but we are not blind or ignorant to the facts. Our families and communities are suffering because fathers won't put there focus on the children instead of the things of the world. All those things will pass (the good old days) but your children will always be your responsibility. We can see you, we were you, we can help you. Be of good courage. Â
