What would you do?

Many people tend to be folowers. Parents do things in front of their children, and when the child copies the things they do they come down on the child. This causes confusion and mistrust between parents and children, which snowball in to disrespect for parents from their children. What would you do if you saw one of your children or your only child copying one of your bad habits.
